We offer free shipping for orders over $199 to anywhere in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Your order must be 12 bottles or less and over $199 in order to qualify for free shipping.  Orders under $199 will incur standard ground shipping charges, applied at checkout.

All alcoholic beverages are sold in New York and the title passes to you at the time of purchase in New York . You are solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverage products. When an order is placed the you are authorizing Wine Delivery NYC to act on your behalf to engage with a common carrier to deliver the order. We make no representation relative to your right to import spirits or wine into your state. You are responsible for the shipment of alcoholic products purchased and determining the legality and consequences of having alcoholic beverages shipped to them. IF YOU CHOOSE TO SHIP YOUR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO A NON-RECIPROCAL STATE, YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLYING WITH YOUR STATE’S LAWS REGARDING ALCOHOL SHIPMENTS.
